This intimate, destination wedding at the El Dorado Royale Resort enchants with a simple beachside ceremony, soft romantic hues and the oh-so chic style of the couple and their bridal party. The bride, a P.R manager for Watters, chose a gorgeous dress from the line with a hand-sewn, embellished corset and long, delicate skirt which moved beautifully in the gentle, ocean breeze. We’re also swooning over her choice of blush, Rene Caovilla sandals which were both practical for the setting and absolutely stunning.
The bridesmaids were outfitted in blush, lace gowns while the groom and groomsmen rounded out the elegant look with their grey, Jos A Bank suits. Kayla Barker Fine Art Photography documented the wonderful celebration with these beautiful captures!
A vibrant, summer palette is the perfect match for this bridal, brunch party which shines with the irrepressible joy and bond of friendship! Colourful cocktails and a delicious menu (how fun is that citrus, pankcake cake!) add to the whimsy of celebration and the exquisite blooms by Blue and Tan Events have us in total awe- from the pretty, floral chandelier to the very lush, textured centerpiece adorning the tablescape.
We really hope you’re enjoying these lovely cocktail ideas as much as we are! The next would be so perfect for a tropical wedding in Thailand or Bali! Carrie Moe of Type A Society once again provided impeccable styling while showing how to create two of these exquisite Golden Jasmine Martini cocktails, while Kellē Sauer snapped these swoon-worthy photos!
Golden Jasmine Martini Ingredients:
3 or 4 ice cubes
1 heaped teaspoon jasmine green tea
2 measures vodka (or gin)
1 tbsp 15 ml sugar syrup or honey
From Carrie Moe: Before you start anything, place your martini glasses in the freezer for about half an hour at least. Make a cup of jasmine tea with your boiling water. Leave it to steep for a few minutes then add your honey or sugar syrup. Stir the mixture. If you used tea leaves to make your tea, be sure to strain it afterwards.
Place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker then pour the tea in along with your vodka or gin. Shake well and pour into the frozen martini glasses. Garnish with some jasmine petals.
